Ninja needs backplate on A8N SLI Premium? +bios

Hi guys had to make this thread could get answer on another thread.

So would like to know if i have to change the backplate of the mobo to install ninja or does the A8N SLI Premium have a good one?

I saw a metal on on google search but cant remember if mine had the same.

Oh just found this on google, looks intersting.

Oh can some one tell me which bios is used on this review? volts for cpu n ram are higher

Worked on my A8n32 sli deluxe, and i think it has the same backplate as yours. Can't find a picture of it though.

Should work with any metal backplate i think, its just the plastic ones that aren't any good.

My SLI-P had the backplate glued on iirc, so you don't have much choice unless you want to rip it off!

Yes. Mine on the a8n32 sli deluxe has been fine.

should be ok with the standard one, i used it for aftermarket heatsinks just fine. That said, if you want to change it its quite easy, put a hair drier on it for a moment to heat it up, itll pop off with ease

I have the Tuniq Tower on my A8N-SLI Premium. Tuniq is heavier, and my premium holds it perfectly

DO NOT TAKE THE TAPE OFF THE NINJA BACKPLATE!

Also, the Ninja will work FINE with the stock backplate.

i will be using mobo backplate as i dont want to take mobo out. the rev a ninja i bought comes with 2400rpm fan, i think it might be too loud :confused:
