The 110v won't work here unless you use a UK charger... which are relatively easy to pick up. We don't work on 110v. However, I'm not even sure that the Asia 220v would be the same as us - I bet the plug is still 2 pin.

I think if you bought either they'd work fine provided you got a UK charger for it.

They'll both be perfectly fine for use over here, just buy a £4 3rd party charger or the USB charger.

would you know where i can get one of these? or is it any charger fitting would work?

Asia (Singapore, HK, Malaysia etc.) use the same plugs/power as us. I purchased my PSP from Singapore and it came with a standard 3-pin plug.
