A true Japanese performance/drift car with marmite styling (love/hate); however what is your thoughts on the vehicle?

My thoughts:
I think it is a nice looking car, however with the 3.7l brick upfront it will be one thirsty monster. Road tax will be equally crippling I would imagine too.

Nissan don't tend to bode well with structural integrity in RTAs and their construction is sometimes questionable with the simplest of faults being found on it's vehicles.

If I could only overlook build quality, engine thirst and crash safety I would jump at the chance. What say you?

Not as an engaging drive as you'd hope and quite a coarse sounding engine.

If I was after a coupe at this price range I think I'd have to go for a used Cayman instead.

Can't comment too much as I've not driven one, but it does look nice (nicer than the 350 imo). Surely when spending £30k odd on a sport car, fuel consumption isn't going to be that big a deal? I can't imagine any sports car offering high mpg and low tax.

Is it more of a GT than a true sports car?

Yes primarily, which is where my family started out. Not one to bull them up, but their level of expertise (35yrs) far outweighs other Police investigators who have maximum of 20yrs.

This is beside the point though. If you had the cash you would get it? What sort of commute do you have?

No, not a chance. Its a japanese car with a typically japanese interior and styling. I wouldn't buy it if it cost half what it does.

Probably because your average Z4 driver is a middle aged woman, where a typical 350z driver is a young male tearaway and thus crashes hard ;)
See, who needs 35 years experience..

Picking out a few photos prove nothing. I cannot show you the photographical evidence, but let's just say that compared to a similar sized vehicle, a Z4, the survival rate is nearly 50% worse in the 350Z.

When it comes to accidents, you can't really compare them like for like.

These kind of statistics mean absolutely nothing.
