no display after BIOS flash

Hi,

Wanted to update BIOS on Ultra-D, I used winflash top update BIOS, when I rbooted after BIOS there is no display? I removed CMOS battery, and switched RAM slots and still nothing?
Any help please?

Do you hear and short beep(s) comming from your PC. Perhaps a solid beep sound?

Also what is the exact model number for your motherboard, i assume by Ultra-D you mean DFI.

It's ok fixed it, I did a complete CMOS clear and it worked!! Also, quick question would running at 2-2-2-5@240MHz fast for RAM?

Depends on the manufacturer and specific model, what they should be set at stock and what is safe. In general terms that 2-2-2-5 is low, which is good, but 240Mhz is low, which is not the best...

240 @ 2-2-2-5 is not bad at all mate.

Had some Geil One BH5 in my Ultra D and got to 255 but needed big volts and active cooling.

Now got 2gig of Mushkin on a divider @200

You only really see the difference when benching tbh.

Think cas 1.5 is a bit of a ruse tbh

The AMD memory controller can only do cas 2 iirc

My BIOS suppourts CAS1!! I ran it at CAS1 but in CPU-Z it reads it as 1.5
