I am unable to connect to ntl email or msn messenger. This is happening on both my PC and my sons, connected by wireless network (Lynksys WRT 546)
I have reset the defaults back to factory settings on the router and the net is working fine but nor email, messenger or X-fire.
we both run XPSP2 and I ahve also rebooted the cable modem and router
Any help appreciated

PS I have tried to ping the BBC site and OCUK using the run - cmd - ping command but the requests time out
