You havnt worked in a bar? Try pouring a normal pint leaving the glass flat and see what happens. Half the glass becomes froth.

They've had these sorts of things for a while, but the beer still goes in from the top. I believe the nozzle is placed at the bottom of the glass and the machine draws upwards.
They have them at musical festivals, and the SECC. Plus, the SECC one does at least 8 pints a go iirc.

it would work exactly the same if the pipe went most of the way into the glass instead of coming in the bottom of a plastic cup

Beer cows

, we use them behind the bars at festivals its pretty much the same idea apart from the nozzle is attached to a tube which reaches the bottom of the glass and pours from there.
Then you drop the tray down clear of the nozzle and take it off the raising platform.
You can do trays of up to 12 beers at a time with them.

Some very short measures being given out there.
I'd also be dubious of how resilient those plastic glasses are and how many times they can be reused before the beer starts to trickle out of the seal.
I'm guessing as they have a mechanism in them they are also more expensive than both traditional glass containers and most certainly plastic glasses. This would rule them out for events on a large scale.
