No more soggy fries.

Don't eat fries man, salad only is the way to go. Plenty of salad and lean meat, every day.

I throw up all over my computer when someone mentions fast food.

that any good?

£800 on a watch? Why bother when a £9.99 Casio tells the time

£40 on a T-shirt, you mad son? My £2.99 army surplus stores T-shirt does the same job

etc

etc

If you have bought fries from a takeaway and found them to be soggy as you haven't eaten them immediately:mad: (delivery or self drive), I have found a great way to bring them back to near freshness .

Rather than sticking them in the microwave to reheat which will only make them go hot and soggy. Heat them in a dry frying pan and the oil in the fries will re-fry them and become crispy :).

This sounds like one of those 'Top Tips' that you see in the Viz :D

Run out of Brillo Pads? Simply buy some Shredded Wheat and fill them with some cheap pink soap and hey presto!!! :D

I think you'll find the the oil in the deep fat frying pan will reheat them and not the oil still stuck in the chips.

Al :D

If you're buying takeaway, you should be drunk, if your drunk, soggy chips are the least of your troubles.. infact, they're appreciated! Wouldn't advise frying up the chips whilst inebriated and post 4am. Just go to bed without eating them. You impulse bought them anyway. </advicetomyself>

Last few times I've had (Proper - Not frozen and from Spud to chip on the premises.) chips from a Take-Away they have been really under-cooked :(, only the ones who mimic the skinny McDonalds things that are pre-cooked and then frozen ever seem to fry them thoroughly any more and those chips are pretty rank.
