Hi all,

I signed up for a months evaluation of Office 365 earlier in the week to test. I have setup the domain name, and let the setup create the relevant MX records on my public domain, all good.

I have all of the applications, apart from Outlook, which is missing, the license I have is "Office 365 ProPlus Trial" which states that it should have Outlook.

Am I doing something stupid? I can access Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive etc OK.

Definitely should be there!

"Office 365 ProPlus is your new Office delivered fast to all your Windows devices. Office 365 ProPlus includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Publisher, and Lync. This is the full evaluation version of Office – not just web apps"

Office ProPlus is a software-only subscription, it doesn't have any online services.

When you say you're missing Outlook, do you mean the Outlook app or do you mean you have no email?

I thought I would have got a OWA style web app in the browser, when I install office from the 365 web site, it does install outlook locally.

However, when I configure outlook it says that encryption is not available so I'm unable to configure it, I thought this might of been related, but might be a different issue. A KB article said this is usually caused by incorrect username / password

Thanks, I will check my domain over to see if any SCP on the domain is confusing outlook.

If you've only bought ProPlus then you won't get Outlook on the Web, as you don't have an Exchange Online subscription.
