no response with p5n32-e sli board

HI GUYS

anyone point me in thhe right direction, my computer been runnin fine up till today came in from work and couldnt start my computer. i disconected everything from the mother board but sill no response, i seem to have a flashing led light which i am almost certian didnt use to do that ( which is actually on the mainboard) im not sure if it the psu of what its been working fine for the last year and all of a sudden death.

any advice would be much appriciated

crosair hx620w psu

Do you have another psu you can try as the flashing red light does sound like the boards not getting enough power

sorry i should have mentioned the fashing light is a green one, i managed to find the manual it does state that solid green is power on (power to motherboard) no green led means no power, however nothing is stated about a flashing green led.

i connected the psu from green to black and it started to work but there is clicking noise coming from it and the fan doesnt seem to spin as fast as it normally would, do you guys think its is the psu
