No sound on BBC HD (Virgin)

Is anyone esle suffering the problem of no sound on the BBC HD service via Virgin.

My V+ Box is connected to a standard def tv via Scart and the audio is via aux cable to my Hi-Fi. Every other channel is working fine including the other HD channels (C4 HD Living HD etc)

pull the power cord out, plug it back in

whenever i've had no sound on particular channels, that sorts it

Your watching BBC HD via a Scart (on a standard tv)? Doesn't that defeat the point ?

I had the same problem phoned them up as I had tried all the reset things. The rebooted the box from their end and it worked. Just wosh the sound levels were the same on bbc HD

Only until next month when I but new telly. At the mo there was something on the HD channel I wanted to see. Anyway sound is back after couple of hours.
