Excellent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 90%. Only Skyfall beat that with 92%.

Skyfall was the worst of the Craig outings so this means nothing. Story made zero sense, I've yet to have anyone explain it to me. Spectre wasn't great but at least it made a little more sense.

The films have a great look, I just hope they wrote an actual story this time not just set pieces.

I just typed Skyfall into the 'What movie did you watch last night' thread and although there were mixed reviews, it kind of looks like the majority of the votes were positive, between 8s and 9s out of 10. I liked it.

"Take the bloody shot!" :D

Without looking anything up, the story of Skyfall was just that a former agent, thought to be dead, wanted revenge on 'M' for abandoning him to torture/disfigurement...pretty simple wasn't it?

I saw it last night and thought it was fantastic. Obviously slightly biased by the excitement of the whole event itself - but I do think the film is excellent fun. Some great action, the comedic moments/one-liners were absolutely on point and not too "Bond-ey", and there's some great emotion to it as well. People will pick holes in the plot itself but you know what, it's a Bond movie.

Nice, I have tickets for Friday morning and am very much looking forward to it. First cinema trip since lockdown one.

I have almost zero interest in this but I'm sure I'll end up seeing it.
Bond just feels like every other action film now to me at least.
Nearly 3h long too. Blimey I can feel my bum aching already.

It was about a hard drive being stolen that would reveal the location of all the MI6 agents....well it was until Bond went to Shanghi and the whole plot fell apart and made no sense at all.

Having seen all of Craigs films now, what order would you rank them in?

Oh you shouldn't pay any attention to me. I rarely watch films twice (although Bond may be the exception as they're on TV a lot :p) so I'm no Bond uber-nerd nor one for dissecting the finer details etc. I also have a very soft spot for Spectre for that Mexico City opening which I think is absolutely stunning. But I know a lot of people think that is the worst. So besides QoS I think the other 4 are all on par with each other! With maybe Casino Royale and Skyfall just edging a joint first, with NTTD second for being a more 'complete' movie than Spectre.

Since there's a Bond thread, I might as well post these. I was in New Bond Street last week and spotted this so took some photos. I must admit, I was shaken. And stirred.

And yesterday I was at Battersea Power Station.
