Ok its not working.

Using a composite cable like so:

gfx card (7800gt) BFG HDTV dongle (has yellow video out) composite cable to "input" on my tv.

And nothing.

Enabled in nvidia drivers but still nothing, just fuzz or terrestrial channels. :(?
