Upgraded form my Edge to 3G model on Friday, since then however my visual voice mail has just been replaced with standard (it calls the 901 number). Anyone else seen this before?

Also I have seen mention of receiving 3 texts when your activation is complete, again I never received this.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers guys.

did u set it up on the iPhone? mines asked me for a pin code, then i also had to set up my o2 voicemail doing the 1570 or whatever it is.

Here I noticed just last week that my voicemail had been completely disabled by O2, on a iPhone v1; I don't know how long it was like that but it was more than a week. Calling the phone was ringing about 15 times, then hanging up (!)
I had to reactivate it with 1570, then reactivate it again when I upgraded the phone to v2 thursday.

Thats the weird thing it never asks me to set it up, just goes straight to 901. :S

The booklet from o2 that came with my iphone warned that all your voicemail would be erased, wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Is it when you press the visual voicemail button it dials 901?

I have the same problem - pressing Voicemail dials 901 and I get a text message whenever a voicemail is left. After an hour on the phone to O2 a few days ago, they finally figured out the problem. Many/most of the iPhone upgrades done on Friday have not been processed because of O2's computer problems. It's all on paper, so O2's system doesn't actually know I'm on an iPhone tariff yet.

You might have some sort of similar problem, although you're an iPhone user already so who knows.

Bang on TJM, phond them at lunchtime, I had been setup as a iphone user but not as a vvm user. How odd, theyre fixing now too.
