I have a budget of £300 and can't make my mind up between the Noble EPIC or Secret Omega fabric?

I usually have long gaming sessions lasting between 6 to 8 hours and looking for comfort, so if anyone have any experiences with these chairs please feel free to share as I'm looking to order ASAP?

Ordering the Noble comes without risk. There's a 30 day money back guarantee with orders through OCUK. They'll arrange collection.

SecretLabs only give you 14 days to test the chair. And you have to pay return shipping yourself. Given the weight, it likely won't be cheap.

That was the deciding factor for me. Had my hero for two weeks now and I reckon I'll bin the packaging with my next bin collection.

I'm on the verge of ordering the EPIC in black today and was considering the Mercedes F1 version but I don't think it has any new features in comparison?

The Mercedes model has a different aesthetic, mainly down to the looks. It does look really nice, but I am bias and think all noblechairs look great. :)

I wanted to return my noblechairs hero, they didn't arrange collection. Said I had to pay for it which was a stupid amount of money. Ended up selling it locally and buying secretlabs.

I have the Noble Epic and its amazing. Though the cushion straps have come apart in the first week I've had it, but if you aren't fussed about them I wouldnt worry. The chair itself is amazing. A bit hard at first but softens up over time.

I just ordered the Noble ICON Chair in Black/Gold - should be arriving tomorrow! Already have the Secret Lab Omega Soft Weave at the office and it is awesome but wanted this one for home....

So, how do you find it? Especially ICON vs Omega soft ?

The Omega is one awesome chair - the lumbar pillows are especially good too. The chair is quite firm (if you’re used to sitting in cheap foam office chairs) but I’ve had mine since Summer last year at the office and it is super comfy.

The only reason I went with a Noble chair this time around for home was because all the Secret Lab chairs are sold out and only available for pre-order so didn’t want to wait for one. The Noble chairs are very similar so hopefully when I receive mine, I will be able to compare it vs my Omega....

Secretlabs! Very happy owner of the Titan 2020 Softweave, it's AMAZINGLY comfy for my rather large frame, I've said it here a few times that my biggest regret was not getting one sooner!

I received my Noble chair at the weekend and have to say it feels awesome!

I have both the Secret Lab Omega chair and now the Noble Icon chair and would say that the Secret Lab chair is probably better value for money. The Secret Lab chair is slightly cheaper (comes with 2 memory foam pillows (the head pillow is adjustable) - the Noble chair does not come with memory foam pillows (they are standard non memory foam neither of which are adjustable . The memory foam ones cost an extra £50 which are also non adjustable) and has better armrests (they have a larger surface area) but other than that, both chairs are exactly the same.

Not sat on a noble unfortunately, but I'm on an Omega fabric right now and this quarantine has shown my money didn't go to waste.
The lumbar support is perhaps a bit big for me (5'7), but my mate has the exact same chair and he loves it as a bigger bloke. The lowest height possible felt a bit tall when I got it, but no longer bothers me.
The pillow is honestly amazing. I use it when reclined, and spin it to the other side of the chair when sat upright. Great as a travel pillow too.
When the chair is locked upright, there is a very small amount for fore-aft play. The first time i noticed it it annoyed me and I thought it was defective. It's not, after cross checking with my friend. And when in use, it's not an issue as if you're the kind of person that likes to rock in their chair, you unlock it, and if you aren't, it's not something you'll encounter.

I would honestly recommend it to anyone, and i'm being very nitpicky in my comments.

My SecretLab Softweave Titan arrived today.

I was getting a little nervous after hearing some people really slating them, but I needn't have worried. Its really comfy and softer than I was expecting, though anything is softer than what was left of the chair I was sitting on!

I was tempted by Noble - especially as they had stock! But I wanted fabric rather than PU leather.

I got the Secretlab Titan 2020 a few months back. I think it's a good chair and I like it, but I don't think it's better than other chairs costing the same amount of money. I did get used to the firmer than expected after a while (and it molds itself to you to some extent so its more evenly supportive after a while), but I actually think the chair I replaced with it was a better chair (when new, it was over a decade old when I got rid of it) and I don't think I'd buy a specialist gaming chair again but rather a high spec normal office chair designed for long periods of sitting as I had before.

The specific features I don't like in the Titan are: the upturned front lip on the seat, the lack of ability to alter the back/forward position of the seat, and the pivot point for rocking doesn't sit comfortably for me. I also miss the feature from my old chair where the back and seat rocked to different degrees so the angle between back and seat changed as you titled backwards.

I don't know how it compares to a Noble, and I think I'd go Softweave if given a time machine.
