New to the boards and in need of help. Wondering if anyone has had open/experience with fixing their Noblechairs, Epic to be precise. Noticed an issue with the tilt lock function on mine last night, doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment. It's very hit and miss locking into it's reclining positions.
I've opened it up to take a look but not really sure what I'm looking for and can't really grasp any issues inside it besides maybe a problem with a spring but I'm not entirely sure. It seems like whatever is suppose to help the lever lift the metal teething bits up isn't doing it.
