What will be interesting with this one is seeing the performance difference from C12P to C12P SE as essentially its down to the fan (and mounting system).
 
I don't fancy it much, i just don't think that top down coolers work as well.

/me hides.
 
more efficient use of space and cooling over the VRM's.
But would be more suited to a media centre PC I reckon.
 
I've had the U12P and have the C12P at the moment on my Core i7 chip and there's hardly any difference in temperatures, it just means I have more space with the C12P. I think people under-estimate this cooler!
