Are these superior to noctuas? My goal is least noise with as much airflow as that allows.

From what I read noiseblocker and noctua are similar, except the noctua's cost more. I guess you can only get a fan to be so good and then they are all pretty much similar, noiseblocker, noctua, phanteks etc. are about as good as they will get probably so then it is which is best value.
