Nokia 6500 Slide

Hi there,

I have just bought this phone from 3 on a £15 a month contract for 18 months, so far im very pleased. I have just one question before i start using it properly

Do i have to wait any length of time for the contract to activate, or does it start immediately, so i can use my phone now?

Sorry, im a bit of a noob phone-wise, ive never had a contract before, so im not sure how it works differently to a pay as you go.

i have just sent my Three 6500slide back, as i waited over a week for them to activate my sim. so i told them to stick it!!!

just keep ringing them, although the customer services is shocking.

sorry but i have a huge dislike for three at the moment!

do they send you a text or something to tell you they have activated it?

i still havent recived anything and it still is not working, i am just waiting for them to collect. lol

so couldnt tell you. trying dialing 333 from the handset, if it connects then your away

I just called and got straight through, im assuming thats a good thing

they have ****** me around for the past 6 months

then offered me 800 units a month + Free slide for £10 a month. so went for it, and still just as crap

so told them i've had enough!!
