Wicked! I rang up CPW (they've still got my phone) and they said they've lost it so they've ordered me a brand new one which I assume will be boxed and won't have the manky plastic on the back

More money on eBay for a brand new boxed one

They called me today and said it's instock now but I'm worried. I asked the guy on the phone if it's a new one and he said yeah but I can imagine getting some crappy reconditioned one. What are my rights on this? I either want my original phone back (I don't really) or a brand new boxed one.

What makes you think that??, did the guy say anything that would make you think it was a re-conditioned one??. If it bothers you that much then go down and open the box in front of them and see if its brand new or re-conditioned one.

Nah he didn't but I'm a skeptical git and things that sound good probably don't go my way
