At the moment I have an N93 that needs to have new firmware, but if Nokia doesnt support your handset to do yourself online, does it mean you can only get it done at a Nokia Service Centre?
If so then I am quite surprised as I took my N93 to a supposed Nokia Service Centre at a Carphonewarehouse store in Croydon, and they said that they dont have the new firmware to flash my phone to.
Shouldnt all Service Centres have the new firmware the day that it comes out? Or is it only immediatly available at the stores in Central London?
