Nokia N80?

Well googling around will give u a much better idea tbh, dont think anyone here has one via their network provider unless they have bought it unlocked and sim free for around £530ish.

Most mobile companies will be releasing this phone around the next few weeks. O2 are releasing it around may 15th and same with vodaphone, although Voda was supposedly releasing it around apr 26th but i guess they had some major software problems. Orange and TMobile i have no idea when they will be releasing it.

Im looking to get one in black though but stock is very very hard to find, nowhere seems to have them in stock and other than the SE P990, this is the only phone that i want.

I'm torn between this and the E70. Both having cracking screens, WiFi, 3G and Nokia's superb new web-browser. The N80 easily wins on style and has quad-band, but the E70's keyboard is drawing me in.

The wait shouldn't be too long. A month at most until it's readily available in shops.

Argghhhh your a git Tunney:p, now you got me contemplating on whether i should keep my order for the black n80 or hold out till the e70 comes out. Like you said both are cracking phones, im hoping either one is much better and faster than my current 6680...which is driving me up the wall with its slowness :(.

Got the new CPW catalogue and it says the N80 is Free  on a £50 per month tariff, with 1/2 price LR for 6 months. That means the SIM free price must be quite a bit below the likes of 8800 and N91...

I guess the handset isn't nearly as expensive as people thought it might be (at least the upper end of the estimates)

Sim free your looking at around £500ish, some places might be doing them a tad cheaper but then god knows when they are getting stock in.

I paid about £530 sim free for my black version, which has yet to arrive lol:p....im hoping that by end of this week ill have my black version in my hands.

this is the phone i'm looking to get it looks absolutly cracking.... I've decided to wait and get hold of it. My phone contract runs out on the 12 of this month so hopefully i'll get hold of one then

I'm torn now, looks like i can get the n80 for free from CPW, but i'm tempted to wait for the p990i, but that doesn't seem to look like its coming any time soon, and i'm not sure if my p910i will last much longer.

decisions, decisions....

He's got me thinking too now  .
I was dead set on the N80, but now i've seen the E60, looks basic , but has good features.

Don't like the keyboard on the E70.

I take it the orange ones will be branded and have the usual menu rubbish on them?

might wait a little while to see how the various options pan out

I rang o2 today as well, as I can upgrade any time now (yesterday 2nd May is upgrade time).
I was a bit disappointed to hear that it got pushed back a week to the 22nd May; as I rang them yesterday and they were saying 15th May :(

All good things come to those who wait I guess; this time last year I got myself a 3230 because I couldn't be bothered to wait a week for a 6630 :p won't be making that mistake again!

Can't wait for this phone though, looks the dogs. Hope o2 don't charge me the earth for it to upgrade as i'm already on a £45p/m contract and spend quite a lot over that as it is :( :p

t3h

Carphone Warehouse are doing them now on O2, I want one and am thinking about leaving T-mobile. Anyone been with both to give me the run down on the pros and cons of each network?

I'm thinking about the o2 400 deal at £45 a month (400 mins xnet)
