Nokia N95 on T-Mobile

My GF is looking at getting an N95 tomorrow when we pop into town, but a few quick questions

1- Can you use TomTom on it with the inbuilt GPS?
2- Will it be a V12 Firmware?
3- As standard from Nokia what size Memory card do you get?
4- If you cant use the inbuilt GPS on TomTom or whatever, is the standard software worth paying for?

4 Dunno - I use TomTom with an external GPS on my N95 and it does the trick nicely.
