Non Sli Board for a 165 opty

Looking for a board that will allow a nice clock on my 165 opty (if it ever gets here) I ordered a 146 yesterday to tie me over and now that the X1900's are out i'm looking to order today.

Not too bothered about Sli/Xfire, and i haven't got a limit on the budget so what does everyone reccommend?

ps. I'll be running it with ballistix (2gig), but can upgrade that is there are any problems.

Without a doubt the DFI Ultra D motherboard great for overclocking any opteron cpu. My bro has one and has his opty 148 at 2.95 ghz with good temps and a low vcore. But it will depend on your cpu overclocks aswell. But DFI are the best overclocking boards you can get come jam packed with tweaking features.
