but i have just tried ordering from overclockers and have for some reason had my visa debit card denied. i have enough funds in my account and have entered my card details in correctly the only thing i can think of is that the address i put in is different to the one my card is under (i havent changed it with the bank yet) could this be a reason for the card being denied? thanks

A mismatched delivery address (compared to the banks registered card address) would almost certainly result in a card declined I would imagine.

I know when our post code changed it caused problems for a while with some retailers, and that was just one digit of the post code being different.

Not on your first order usually. You're best off asking the shop all these questions directly. Give them a ring on Monday morning.
