After 9 days I've lost 2.8kg, i'm planning on doing this for another week and I should be at a good level of bodyfat

I use http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ to track my calorie intake, exercise and weight.
+1 for this. Very useful app, simple too.
Also Endomondo for my morning cycle routes.
That's the great thing about the myfitness app, you can reuse previous info and you can scan the barcode of products and adjust for the amount of it you ate.
1200 calories seems awfully low

I just experienced the downside to losing weight so quickly. The fire alarm at work went off yesterday and had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 40 minutes

You're burning fat so quickly you're setting off fire alarms?

And all the weight will quickly come back..
And all the weight will quickly come back..
Can't tell if you're being serious or not.

That will depend on how much I increase it by and what I increase it with.

I'm not really on a diet but i guess my weight will drop because my workouts went from ~1000-1500cals a week to 5000+ while keeping the same food intake!what i meant was that a lot of people think "ill go on a diet for a couple of weeks drop couple of killos and it will stay like that when i return to my normal eating habits" while the reality is that the weight quickly comes back and you actually need to keep a well balanced diet to keep weight you have achieved! i know that you knew what i meant without explanation, but there you have it.
true, so what is your plan?I'm not really on a diet but i guess my weight will drop because my workouts went from ~1000-1500cals a week to 5000+ while keeping the same food intake!
