Now I need to lose the fat

I used to use an app but got fed up putting in the same things in every day, I've been using a spreadsheet while on this diet.

Pork chops are another thing that are high in calories, even when grilled and no fat they're 250 calories per 100g. Chicken breast is about 120 calories per 100g.

That's the great thing about the myfitness app, you can reuse previous info and you can scan the barcode of products and adjust for the amount of it you ate.

That's sound pretty useful, it was about a year ago I used this app and it did store previous foods but only 3-4 so it meant I had to keep searching for the same foods and re-adding them.

Saying that I also used to use fitocracy to track my workouts and I got fed up of that too after 6 months.

1200 calories seems awfully low

I was off work last week so I wasn't very active, this week i'm back I've increased it to 1400.

I also don't plan on carrying this on after this weekend, partly because I think I would have lost enough bodyfat and partly because I don't think my body could cope for longer than 2 weeks. Next week I plan to slowly introduce back in the some healthy carbs.

Can't tell if you're being serious or not.

can't tell if you're picking on my posts or not? :D

what i meant was that a lot of people think "ill go on a diet for a couple of weeks drop couple of killos and it will stay like that when i return to my normal eating habits" while the reality is that the weight quickly comes back and you actually need to keep a well balanced diet to keep weight you have achieved! i know that you knew what i meant without explanation, but there you have it.

That will depend on how much I increase it by and what I increase it with.

true, so what is your plan? :) I'm not really on a diet but i guess my weight will drop because my workouts went from ~1000-1500cals a week to 5000+ while keeping the same food intake!

I know what you're saying is true, but I didn't realise that's what you were pointing out.

This guy knows that, he's just upping his calorie intake from the deficit he's currently in to something not quite so harsh. It's not like he's suddenly going from trash eating to "Diet mode" and then back to trash again. What I'm saying is your point seems completely invalid in the context of this thread.
