It's a Thermalright HSC 120, perhaps there's some form of plate you put over your CPU instead of having to re-apply TIM every time you open it up.

I thought of something like this a while ago, would make sense the top plate on the case is the heatsink, that way can still open case.

looks to me like you can move the Heat pipes around

At least if they attach it to a MBD tray so when you open the side the hole MBD assemly comes with it, I´m sure it´ll work out ok.

That's a fair point...if it was the top panel tleast you can work on the thing while the heatsink is still attached...i mean er case...thing.

Only thing then is the initial heatsink is smaller so to speak...But then you have the PSU as well...So god knows =/

if that can conduct heat efficiently enought, you could whack a £100 industrial fan from b and q pointing at it and it should beat any watercooling setup
