NTL (now Virgin Media) log in issues on their site...

Hi guys,

I can't remember my email address or password, and if I have remembered it correctly it is not working.

It tells me I can't log in right now and to try later.

Apart from wasting a load of money on hold to their customer care line, can anyone think of any way I can get my details? lol

I know there probably isn't a solution, but thought I might as well post this in case there is anything I can do apart from call them.

I can't even find any of my documents for it either, so no account number even lol.

Do you have Outlook Express or similar already setup to collect your emails?
If so, that will contain your email address and password.
 
if you've got a virgin phoneline, or access to one I believe calls to tech support are free for cable modem customers.
 
haven't got their phone line...

I did have it set up in outlook, but the password isn't working that was saved.

On the Virgin Media site I'm getting...

We are currently unable to sign you in to Virginmedia.com and Broadband Extras. Please try again later.

Anyone else with virgin media that was with ntl before hand getting this error?

I'll point out that I got the same error about a week ago.
