So long as Europeans are handing over their money to places like OCUK and buying up these high end products then Nvidia has little reason to reduce prices.

They may have reduced prices in US because maybe people were holding off buying anything until they saw AMD's new Fury X had to offer.

No he is probably saying Europeans and especially the British have very little self restraint.

I have commented in another thread that the 980Ti is a 499.00 product when stock becomes generally available and some of the custom cooler cards could drop lower still over the Christmas Holidays.

Pretty sure DSR got scrapped and the new one is 14 days.

I think we are a very niche market, which has the capability to pay a lot more for luxury items. We could say "vote with our wallets" but the manufacturers know we continue to pay more year on year with no effect on sales volumes, so there's no real reason for them to reduce the prices over here.
