I really don’t mind having my order cancelled as long as I at least get an option to pay more for it or upgrade for an easier card wether that be another 3080 or to a 3090. If I just straight up get cancelled after waiting since September I won’t be happy and neither will a lot of people I imagine.

Ordered my Asus 3080 none oc version on launch day I'm September 2020. Its now been 6 months and I'm still waiting.

Will never buy on launch day again.

Great data thanks. Does look like they are going elsewhere doesn't it. Elsewhere being miners? Coz scalpers would at least show up on stock alerts? TUF 3080 hasn't popped up since mid Feb I think. The initial levels were pretty good but have slowed to nothing, which might just be people leaving the queue..

i dont know what the plan is but i suggest they cancel all outstanding orders over 30-50 cards so that the people who have waited since September can still get their cards

I'm now 128th for the TUF non OC and that was a day 1 (9PM) order, so 30-50 is way too low to cover even the first day's backlog!

Eh... that's probably shittiest thing that ever happened to me - purchase wise. Waiting months and months just to be told off is just straight cruel.

The OC model was getting twice the supply of the non-OC, before they all vanished.
You're more likely to get an OC model than non-OC though as I think they've cleared the day 1 orders on them, but nowhere near that on the non-OC.

Just gonna put my hat in the ring and say: I would pay the difference between the original MSRP and what OCUK would need to charge in order to not make a loss on my card. As long as my order wasn't cancelled. I would much rather be in the queue at this point than not at all.

I think I'd probably have to agree that if OCUK can offer the card at near to their current cost price, that would be preferrable to not getting a card, but frankly it's getting damn close to saying sod it, I'll sit this gen out. I can afford to pay an uplift, but others won't. It's a crappy situation and basically everyone loses.

It would need to be reasonably soon though, my current delivery projection is getting closer and closer to 12 months from order.

As someone who mines crypto I would happily see laws put in place to allow just one gpu per person. These ******* mining farms need to be hit

I'm sure if someone posted the address of one with hundreds of 3080s they might suddenly find a horde of angry gamers come to 'acquire' them...

You've moved 17 spots, to my 5, so I'd say the majority of yours & possibly mine are cancellations as none were mentioned to be coming in. Makes it bloody hard to any kind of prediction on a possible ETA, but even so I'd say July this year seems a bit over optimistic based on current lack of any supply...

I think their is a lack of communication to retailers I check this forum on a daily basis and you can go a few days before their is an update from ocuk staff.

I changed over from my palit gaming pro RTX 3080(£749.99) to a Gigabyte vision RTX 3080 for £1099.99 so I had to pay an extra £350. Was it worth it. I guess so even though it was over a grand. Finally built my gaming PC too. Good luck to all you guys still in the queue. Hopefully the stock will improve, or get a 3080 Ti instead when it comes out next month

I don’t blame overclockers but after ordering party’s from elsewhere I know who’s customer service is better and will be sticking to them in future.
