12th in queue for the Strix and no email. However I did order a vertical mount last week and got the shipping confirmation at 10:30pm so fingers crossed

Yesterday they told me they were getting 3 then gibbo last night said more and I'm 6th in the queue but I've heard nowt at all mate

Guess we'll see mate haha. It's just worrying me a lot, I help with content creation for a professional esports Organization (Rogue) and with the some of the stuff we want to do, I want to make sure I've got the best available to me, and for my own personal stuff I want it before next month for next-gen releases & my own content, the "almost silence" just makes me more anxious lol.

I can't believe how slowly they are coming. It's been almost a month now since I ordered. I'll never trust another Nvidia launch again.

It's not really an Nvidia problem at this point, more an OCUK problem. Other UK suppliers have managed to send out plenty of cards whilst constantly staying in contact with customers.

I see the post on reddit which someone posted a link to a couple of days ago about a Norwegian shops RTX status has been removed quoting moderators of R/Nvidia

There is also interestingly a post from someone who works in the electronics manufacturing industry mentioning the PCB shortage and its effects on GPU cards.

WRT watchdog codes...

They must be allocated on shipping, as I highly doubt I am in the 1st 1000 orders (Eagle order, at 15:29 on the 17th, which landed me 528th in line for this card alone). As plenty other cards had similar numbers of orders, I highly doubt I am in the 1st 1000 3080 orders (but I could, of course, be wrong. Just doubt that I am) .

Credit card bill for the card due this Friday. I've had one queue email, so assume I'm still 1300+ in the queue as per the email nearly two weeks ago...

I'm more likely to die from COVID than get the card.
