I'm due to take delivery of my shiny new BFG 680i Motherboard today how is everyone getting along with these new motherboards. I have been reading other forums and seen some good and some really bad stories.

Yea i know my bad! Hopefully it will get spotted and moved by a mod. I was asking as i know they are all the same reference motherboards how everyone who owns them are getting on with them.

Does it! i checked the BFG website and that wasn't mentioned with what was included only Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and other niggly bits. That would be smart if it comes with that. LOL! I knew the graphics cards did but theres no mention of it on BFG's Website.

I have been reading some horror stories, capacitors squealing loud under heavy loads, burnouts and i thought o dear what have i bought but it's good to see those that have them are having positive results.

Im using a usb keyboard and mouse so hopefully it will be fine, you'd think by now it would be resolved. I didn't get a T-Shirt in my Box! Unless it's under the motherboard?

Can't wait to get mine up and running soon. My BFG 680i is just sat there with the E6600 and the Dominator 6400C4D memory.

Are the problems with these motherboards slowly disappering now or still remaining even though the new BIOS's are released or is it down to mainly overclocking.

I did follow that with interest, just out of interest though obviously my motherboard has the early bios would i be able to flash directly to the P24 BIOS and skipping the rest in the process or do i have to flash the BIOS in order P21-P22-P23-P24 etc?

Good to see many of us have purchase such a great mobo and it seems with the BIOS updates that are coming out slowly seem to be solving a lot of the issues that many users have been facing.
