Have decided to go for the gigabyte 470 gtx, unfortunately i cant order till saturday as im waiting on funds to clear into my bank account,

hope there are plenty in stock.

Pay day next Friday, think I might drve to Stoke Saturday and get a 470.
Wonder if its worth keeping a 275 for Physics in rig?

Glad I waited and did not get 460 MSI Hawk.

As very few games use physx i wouldnt bother tbh, im gonna sell my 275's on, will help pay for the new card.

I'd love too, but my 4870x2 died on me and I've been without a proper pc for over a week now.

Bah, I guess I live with it. The hassle of sending it back and reordering from the crap hole of nowhere I am in Ireland is annoying already. I just hope the card arrives tomorrow or I'll be very ****ed.

Nope, due to differences in pcie slot spacing by board makers, the sli bridges are supplied with the motherboard.

Hmmm. SLI time perhaps. Just inherited a 24" Acer screen, and I think the 4890 will start to struggle at this resolution.
