Asus GeForce GTX 780 Direct CU II OC has a 3 slot cooler

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Classified has a 2 slot cooler but it much taller (card 150mm high x 280mm long)

If your thinking all of going SLI at a later date then you be far better off with a GTX 780 that has only a 2 slot cooler..;)

The asus GTX 780 is good but the cooler taking up 3 slots is a pain

as that will be 6 slots taken up in an SLi setup...

Apologies for quoting myself, but anyone have experience with the following?

Don't want to make the mistake of buying a card that is going to struggle again once the AA etc is kicked in :)

I'll give BF4 a whiz tomorrow and see how it handles. Can't see 3GB being an issue for the next 2-3 years tbh.

Im still resisiting. Does anyone know if the 780 ti will be in stock at ocuk next week? Or when the ghz editions 780 gets released?

Mine just arrived. Question is, there is a warranty sticker on a screw, I thought MSI and OCUK had some agreement about fitting blocks, am I OK to fit the block without voiding the warranty?

Main reason i ask is that it's virtually impossible to test the card as is due to a lack of space within my case, so I'll need to fit the block in order to test it.
