I contacted the other place asking why I’m still 41 in the queue if the 5090 Suprims landed yesterday. Apparently, it was only 5080s - derp. I thought it said 5090s ><

They couldn’t confirm anything further, as expected.

4 weeks since preorder day tomorrow!
 
Looks like some MSI Ventus 5090s dropped into the barcode store according to their 5.30 update. Hopefully some lucky sosage has their preorder fulfilled. That's it for 90 series though, ho hum!

I was originally #117 in queue for an Astral OC 5090 on launch day on another site, I dropped down to #110 gradually as people pulled out of the queue over the last few weeks.
I checked today and I've jumped 21 positions to #89.

Hopefully now production has started up it keeps coming down at a decent rate, my RX 580 is long overdue for retirement lol

Yup this was me I paid £1400 for a 5080 from a competitor on launch, it was all I could get. I got a 5090 FE for msrp when it last dropped 2 weeks ago, and sold the 5080 on the auction website. I can’t imagine paying nearly 3 grand for a basic Palit card. I paid £700 for a Palit 3080 10GB at launch in 2020 and thought that was a lot over msrp (£50) :cry:

So i noticed the gainward 5090 GS was in stock earlier. I have a pre order for this model with ocuk. Seeing stock of this specific sku released for sale means pre orders including mine are completed ? My order has not updated yet.

Hopefully yours ships tomorrow, otherwise thats not a great look. :(
 
Seems now even the big retailers who previously stuck to RRP are scalping. Saw them sell a Windforce for £2420 today which they had as £1939 awaiting stock since launch.

Maybe the distributors are scalping the retailers :confused:
