If I can get away with skipping Pascal and go for a Ti volta card that would swell. the last big game where I wanted to upgrade was The Witcher 3 as 780 non ti sli could not cut it even at reduced details at 1440p. There has not been a title like that for me since.

Nvidia has no R&D labs in china or japan. So either it's from us or fake. But someone working there and beeing so dumb to post his id? Come on, this sounds fake.

Yep. Is fake. However in this certain age too many gullible fools believe anything.

If it was photo from the lab why someone took a picture from the PC on the carpet? And why posted his ID card? To get sacked? hahah

Where's this "20 series" stuff coming from? Are people really assuming that they're gonna jump from 10 to 20? Or is it people just being dumb and thinking it's only ever the first number that changes?

Looks like he is just an intern, so not an employee to be sacked.
An intern would want to make a good impression on his bosses and wouldn't want to get blacklisted from ever working in the technology field ever again (potentially extending out to other jobs that require NDA's, which is basically most industries)

This is either fake or has been signed off by someone in Nvidia.

As a way to letterbox the AMD party.

So Volta is coming this year?

It doesn't work like that. There is no globally shared "black listing" database. If the intern had finished his skint at nvidia and had a different job lined up then the absolute worst that will happen is he wont be able to work for Nvidia again, which he obviosuly would realize when doing something like that.
