NY Times and Sarah Jeong racism row

The problem is that the alt right have just adopted tactics that the left has been using for a long time, and suddenly these tactics are being used against the 'wrong kind' of people in the eyes of those who developed them.

Hopefully this will eventually lead to reduction in the use of these tactics on both sides, but sadly I doubt it.

She's a nasty human being, totally abhorrent.

I look forward to her being poor and desperate enough to appear in a future edition of Ghetto Gaggers “Chinese Take Away” special.

There appears to be an argument from people supporting her that ethnic minorities can't truly be racist due to the systematic bias that acts against non whites in a western society, racism from white's is "punching down" racism from non whites is "punching up".

There's some truth to that but still those comments from her make me uncomfortable, she comes across as unhinged.

People with irrational prejudices have always used excuses to pretend their irrational prejudice is a good thing. That's just one of them. Even the Nazis used that one, portraying Jews as oppressors. It's a useful lie.
