I thought I'd pop back here and say what an awesome experience I've had with NZXT's customer service. When I was missing two cables OcUK wanted me to send the entire case back (meaning I had to dismantle my whole PC) simply for two cables but after sending Mike @ NZXT an email he sorted me out with the missing cables straight away. I understand things get missed at quality control but when it does get missed it makes all the difference when customer services make it right.
You never hear about the good things; usually only the complains so I thought I'd post an update, cheers Mike @ NZXT
