Oblivion = worth buying the extras?

Is it worth buying the Wizards tower and owery (I think thats spelt right?) for Oblivion?

I am tempted to get some MS points for them, but am unsure... it seems kinda worth it for only 150 points each...

Wizards tower is good (free cool house in the middle of no where). The Orrery is garbage though and not worth the points. Do a search on this forum for Orrery.
