Related questions about OCCT are in tis forum from 9years ago but do not answer my question.

OCCT and hwinfo64 reads 10.610V on 12V rail.

Multimeter reads 12V.

Network adapters (tried a few) have intermittent issues where I have to unplug the cable at both ends and then plug it into a different switch port and then plug the cable back into the network card.
Only then, do the switch LEDs start flashing.

The MB is ASUS M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 if that helps at all.

The new computer correctly shows 12V with it's Motherboard being:

Could cap or something be dodgy on od MB?

Thanks

Hello & Welcome back.

First I'd edit your post to remove your link as it mentions a competitor to OCUK, that is one of the forum rules.

2nd. I'd believe the Reading on the multimeter than software readings. Network issues on your old MB could be anything.

If your computer is working fine and the multimeter confirms the voltage is correct then I'd just ignore the software readings. As your hardware ages and these tools are updated they will be less effectively calibrated and offer less support.

Network adapters (tried a few) have intermittent issues where I have to unplug the cable at both ends and then plug it into a different switch port and then plug the cable back into the network card.
I doubt that is related.
