Strange one.....

Had my card running at 621/900 and scored 11424 in 3Dmark. Repeated test ten times and get the same score, within 10 points or so.

Decide to go for more OC and running stable at 671/960. 3Dmark is exactly the same. Ten tests again.

So I drop back down to stock to prove riva tuner working. Back down to 9200 so OC is working correctly.

I Don't expect a massive difference on the 671/960 over and above the 621/900. However I did expect a bit of improvement....

Any explanations why the 3Damrk is not improving with increasing OC?

Thanx, Steve

It may be that your GPU is needing more volts to run 671Mhz on the core. My 2900Pro scores 100 more points at 833Mhz Core and 1000Mhz memory rather than 847Mhz Core / 1000Mhz Core. Luckily for me I have voltage options to play about with and a slight increase in my GPU core voltages gave me the better score at the higher core speed. I think this is exactly what is happening to you. Maybe your scores aren't dropping like mine but they aren't going anywhere either.
