They used to have the Icydock 4-in-3, 5-in-3 and 3-in-2 bays, but it appears they don't do them anymore.

As Stuart Gibson pointed out, theres a couple of Lian Li bay devices that take up 3x 5.25" bays but offer 4 mounting for 4x hard drives. Also come with a cooling fan as a slight bonus

I use a scythe kama bay in 3 of my 5.25 bays, i only use it as an extra fan intake on my akasa eclipse case, but if i ever needed more hdd's i could use it with adapters, on my other eclipse s939 rig i house 2x36gb raptors in vantec vortex hdd units.
