Im gonna get one of either the ocuk x1950 pros

The 512 is a dual dvi. The 256 is a dvi/vga.(as far as I understand)

Im going to be running two computers (one with current twin dvi/vga and a new system with the new card) into one dual monitor set up (using a kvm switch?) where one is vga only and the other has vga and dvi inputs. Though I might be swapping the vga one for another dual dvi/vga input soon,

It all seems so complicated sometimes ?!?!?

So what's best the dual dvi or the dvi/vga card. I mean do the dongle things work OK. IF so then I guess the dual dvi is the best option

any suggestions

Thanks

in some games that actualy use more than 256mb of textures the 512mb version will make a huge difference, if they don't the performance is identical. As time goes by these games are only going to be more common, so if the plan is to hang onto the card for a while a few extra pounds on the 512mb version is proably money well spent.

DVI is also the better route simply because they can provide both analogue and digital signals on the same connetor and you get a dvi to vga adapter with them normaly anyway so at least you have more options!
