EXCUSE THE INCORRECT TITLE!! SHOULD BE P8P67 NOT P87
Hi,

Does anyone know how long the OCUK RMA turnaround is?

I plan on sending it on Friday, I'm away next week, will a new shiny board be waiting for me when I return?

Regards,

Yep all sorted, I have an RMA number. Well I assume it's all sorted!!

The reason for the RMA is the B2 B3 issue so I would have thought that was all that was required.

My understanding was that OCUK would only RMA if the motherboard actually developed the "fault" and would not get involved in the general exchange program.

If they have agreed to swap your motherboard as part of the exchange program that's fine.

If they think you're returning it because it has become faulty then that may be a different matter because at the moment it isn't faulty.

I would check they understand why you're retuning it and that you just want a swap because of the potential fault.

If you return it as faulty and it isn't they will charge you for testing and sending it back to you.
