Sorry if this is in the wrong place guys, but I didn't know where was best to post this.

I'm looking to put an order in for a load of components, and I plan to take the day off on Tuesday (for a couple of reasons) so I'm wondering when would be the best time to put the order in so that it gets delivered on that day. Is it next day delivery? If so, do I need to put the order in by a certain time on Monday for it to get processed in time? Does it always work out as next day, or do I need to perhaps think about putting the order in before then?

Cheers! Oh and great forum you have here... I've learnt loads about components and overclocking (even though I don't fully understand it yet!).

:)

I would suggest getting is posted to your work, as couriers can be a bit dodgy in certian areas.

Can't you select the delivery type when placing the order and see what day it's delivery would be?

Failing that, call or email the shop.

When you select your delivery method (before payment) it gives you a drop down list of delivery dates.

When I ordered my upgrades, I received them all the next day. (shipping was £8.95 via City Link and I placed the order at 1:14PM)

Generally delivery is pretty good, but as other ppl have suggested, get it delivered to work, much safer.
I generally opt for saturday delivery as Citylink actually does a perfect job on saturdays, even woke me up once when I was hungover :p
It would also be good just to check where the nearest depot is in your area, if the delivery fails for some reason you can go there and pick up your stuff:)
