Why not try and get your wedding sorted instead of looking for compo

why you would want your special day with them now is beyond me
sell the story to a paper or magazine and maybe you will get a free wedding out of it

This is what im tryng to do. My weddng was sorted and all on budget thank you very much. Then some utter retard at hilton ****** all that up for us. I want "compo" to pay for the expenses we have already paid out and more so my guests have paid out!

Trust me I would change venue ,but if you do a search here , we are on a tight time line. Its really annoyed us both because the venue is fantasic. if we change it now its going to be a complete nightmare, with registrar, photographer and top of all that finding another venue.

As i have said earlier not that bothered about compo as any money they knock off we will just spend else where anyway.

Seriously listening to you lot you'd think I was in the wrong!
 
Get your deposit back, reprint new invites and keep the date and go elsewhere.

Family and guests may have planned for this date and may not be able to reschedule.

If you move the date then your wedding may suffer as half of your guests may not turn up.

I have attached the revised proposal with 2 options for you.

Option 1 is the original offer of a 15% reduction in the total cost and
a complimentary bucks fizz arrival drink for 70 guests that we spoke
about on the phone.

Option 2 is for us to include the balloons and the Centre Pieces again
with a 15% discount and a drinks offer.

I have not shown where the discount has been taken off as it is an
reduction on the total price.

So basically a saving of 400 quid , where we will have to re do invites at cost of £100.

So £300 to change date of my wedding , what do you guys think taking into account people are flying in from otherside of the world and will have to change flights etc etc

hving read and considered this update,I think you have near to a confession of fault.Look for one of your local solicitors that does a free ten min consult and take the e mail along,2-1 the solicitor will say you have a case and it will be worth paying him 200 to get a half pricer.
