Pretty much proof that OcUK is firmly now the UK's no.1 leading graphics card etailor in the UK and carries on to grow stronger:-

Probably didn't sell any 7900 GTX's as they were vaporware, Nvidias version of the x800 XT PE

We sold enough, as afterall we were one of the only Etailors getting them.

What do you say to the fact that OCUK seems to be moving into ATI's pocket?

Not making accusations but I have noticed somewhat biased claims made by OCUK staff members about ATI, there is the big bas' banner top right along with Spies personal computer. Something could be read between the lines there, it doesnt take a genius to figure out that someone at ATI may have thought "hmm, who do we have to keep sweet in order to capture a sizable wad of the UK market".

Or am I just being cynical

I can see that without having to read the article!

There has been some excellent deals on VGA cards. I'm thinking I should've snapped up one of those X1900XT-X a few weeks ago on the week only deal.

It'll be whats doing well at the time, 7900's are in very short supply, so theres no point pimping those if they are not in stock, can't sell fresh air, x1900's are in fantastic stock, so will be pimped at every opportunity, it will change when Nvidia get a card in fantastic supply, and ATi don't, as then Nvidia will be pimped to the hilt, its how it goes.

Remeber when the x1800's didn't appear, and the 7800's were in stock everywhere, was a big 'power of 3' advert at the top etc...

Not to be offtopic but in what context are you talking about "pimping" the graphics cards lol? Adding spinning LED's to the fans to make it "pimped out"?

Pimping as in advertising them at the top with adverts, and generally non stop telling ppl to buy em etc...
