OcUK GUIDE TO ORDERING YOUR AMD 9070 GRAPHICS CARD TODAY AT 14:00

I'm just wondering if it's worth considering a 9070 (non-XT), e.g. the Asrock or the Gigabyte, for example.
A worthwhile jump from a 3070? Wait for 'reasonably' priced XT cards?
No doubt the XT is better but the 9070 pulse was a real jump up from my 6700xt (which seems to be not too far off the 3070). There’s some over clocking headroom too.
Took a gamble and bought mine at launch, on the basis that the XTs would be hard to find for a while. A bit of regret initially at settling when £50 difference but as prices have gone up it seems a much better deal from a price/performance perspective (£110 difference between what I paid and cheapest XT prices).

Both the 9070 and 9070XT will feel like a big jump from a 3070. I went from a 3090 to a 9070XT and was happy with the performance gains.

5070tis are common at msrp, these £650+ 9070xts better keep an eye out, the 9070 at £600 and above is dead. So much for AMD keeping msrp cards coming.
There's so little difference in price from the xt to the 70 Ti, I'm going to have to start looking at Nvidia again.

AMD always manage to make nV look good, no matter how bad things get.
