Yes we can try to do so, but OcUK product has varying batches all the time, hence why they are generally just a reference image.

OcUK is a price point product, its always advisable if you want something specific buy the branded product.

I shall see if I can find a generic two slot product, but again it won't be specific to whats in stock right now, because tomorrow it could be something different. As OcUK brand tends to be Palit, POV, PNY, Inno3D and sometimes even stuff like Asus and XFX.
 
That's the problem though, they probably can't get specific's it'll be whatever they have in stock I suspect?

I do think that something saying that OcUK brand does not guarantee a specific card though would be useful. I just think most of us on here knew the deal, where as the general public buying wouldn't know. I still would have called in advance of travelling all that way.


My view is still that, sure, it was annoying to have travelled all that way, but as above, really should have checked if you 100% needed a single slot and had a doubt over whether it was or not. They didn't deserve such a slating in this instance (sorry GJ02, I know this prob won't sit well with you)
