Do these come fully dampened or do we have to add/stick parts are self?

The last pre-dampened case i bought there was roughly 2-3 pieces of the sponge fitted an the multiple extra sheets i got i had to cut down to fit, i didn't have a problem doing it my self but i was under the impression that PRE-dampened meant it was all done ready.

Thee are fully dampened throughout the range. The average case has around 7-8 separate pieces of noise dampened foam installed.
