OcUK not so Mini Meet Graphs & Pictures thread...

Cheers for an awesome day guys, I'll probably run my 600 next time if it's running properly.

That's all, sorry again. :p

That E55 is something else. I didn't take much of an interest at the last RR but you have to admit, it's a terrific sleeper.

Even with the badging, it looks so 'normal'.

It'd be interesting to see how fast the speedo climbs compared to how quick it actually feels.

Nice to see Richard made it and didn't blow up on the rollers :p

power curve on mine is out as it was spinning up the rollers so the power had to be fed in till about 3500rpm before foot was on the floor.

Could have potentially made a bit more torque as it made peak torque at 2800rpm(ish) last time it was on at powerstation and before and after the remap on AMD's rollers.

I'm sure I mentioned this before and I think Princey said it was because the door was slightly ajar or something at the time but the door on that Monaro looks a different colour to me

:/

The door and the rear panel are the same colour/texture finish but to me it looks like the front wing is different.

There does appear to be a mismatch where the door meets the front wing, whether it's the door that'd off colour (but blended at the back) or the wing i'm not sure. It looks more like the door to me but as you say, the rear panel matches up and it would seem odd to blend it in there but not at the front.

edit - though if you increase the contrast to silly levels:

It does seem like 3/4 of the door is just a different colour to the rest of the car, there is a visible change just as you reach the door handle :(

Yum, Monaro is niice Princey. Good choice of colour too... :)

Mystery about the colour mismatch? who would spray 3/4 of a door?
